Requires: rehabilitation course in the center “Rodnik” (Spring), St. Petersburg, worth 176,000 rubles.

Diagnosis: genetic focal epilepsy, delay in psychologic and speech development.

Kristina is eight. As a baby, she had average weight and height, but she started lagging behind in her development almost at once. She made her first steps when she was two years old – and that’s only due to regular intensive sessions. But her speech development turned out to be a more challenging issue.

When she was 12 months old, she had her first seizure. Four months later we applied for social benefits.

Since then the girl has been taking anti-seizure drugs.

Kristina is a cheerful and communicative girl. Her mother hopes that a rehabilitation course in their hometown of St. Petersburg will help Kristina to better understand speech that is addressed to her and to improve her communication skills.

From her mother’s letter:

“My daughter and I are surviving on social benefits only. We don’t get any child support payments. We can barely afford rehabilitation and treatment sessions as they are too expensive for us. I’m addressing everyone who can support us – we will be eternally grateful for your help as we can’t do it on our own!”

The fund is launching a fundraising campaign to pay for a rehabilitation course for Kristina!

In case the funds raised to treat a particular child exceed the required amount, the balance shall be used to cover treatment for other children and other expenses associated with the present program (Clause 1.6.3 of the “Regulations on the charity program of targeted help “Shag Navstrechu” (Take a Step).

1.2. In this Offer, terms that have the following meaning are used: "Donation" means "donating a thing or a right for common purposes"; "Donor" - "citizens who make donations"; "The recipient of the donation" is the Diema's Dream Charitable Foundation.

1.3. The offer is valid for an unlimited period from the moment it is placed on the recipient's website.

1.4. The recipient of the donation has the right to cancel the Offer at any time by removing it from the page of his website on the Internet.

1.5. The invalidity of one or more conditions of the Offer does not entail the invalidity of all other conditions of the Offer.


2. Significant terms of the donation contract:

3. В ходе обработки с персональными данными будут совершены следующие действия с персональными данными: сбор, запись, систематизация, накопление, хранение, уточнение (обновление, изменение), извлечение, использование, передача (распространение, предоставление, доступ), обезличивание, блокирование, удаление, уничтожение.

4. Передача персональных данных, скрытых для общего просмотра, третьим лицам не осуществляется, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных законодательством Российской Федерации.

5. Пользователь подтверждает, что указанные им персональные данные принадлежат лично ему.

6. Персональные данные хранятся и обрабатываются до момента ликвидации организации «Благотворительный фонд помощи детям-сиротам и инвалидам "Димина Мечта"». Хранение персональных данных осуществляется согласно Федеральному закону №125-ФЗ «Об архивном деле в Российской Федерации» и иным нормативно правовым актам в области архивного дела и архивного хранения.

7. Пользователь согласен на получение информационных сообщений с сайта https://ddfrussia.ru/en. Персональные данные обрабатываются до отписки Пользователя от получения информационных сообщений.

8. Согласие может быть отозвано Пользователем либо его законным представителем, путем направления Отзыва согласия на электронную почту – elena.ddfund@gmail.com с пометкой «Отзыв согласия на обработку персональных данных». В случае отзыва Пользователем согласия на обработку персональных данных организация «Благотворительный фонд помощи детям-сиротам и инвалидам "Димина Мечта"» вправе продолжить обработку персональных данных без согласия Пользователя при наличии оснований, указанных в пунктах 2 - 11 части 1 статьи 6, части 2 статьи 10 и части 2 статьи 11 Федерального закона №152-ФЗ «О персональных данных» от 27.07.2006 г. Удаление персональных данных влечет невозможность доступа к полной версии функционала сайта https://ddfrussia.ru/en.

9. Настоящее Согласие является бессрочным, и действует все время до момента прекращения обработки персональных данных, указанных в п.7 и п.8 данного Согласия.

10. Место нахождения организации «Благотворительный фонд помощи детям-сиротам и инвалидам "Димина Мечта"» в соответствии с учредительными документами: 115211, Россия, г. Москва ул. Борисовские пруды, д.16/4.
