Requires: rehabilitation course in the centre “Spring”, St. Petersburg, worth 200 200.00 rubles.
Diagnosis: cerebral palsy, spastic diplegia. Movement disorders level II classification GMFCS. The functions of the hand level II on the classification of MACS.
From the letter of my mother: “My name is Sologub Ekaterina, I’m 34 years old, I’m the mother of a very special girl Sergeeva Liza, nine years old, disabled in childhood with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy.
Little girl, my only and long-awaited child, was born two months ahead of time, which was a surprise, because nothing foreshadowed trouble. Two weeks Lisa was on a ventilator – and these were the most difficult days for all her loved ones. Doctors said that there are chances, and there as God will give …. And God gave. Lisa went on the mend, but most of the diseases associated with premature, accompanied her for a long time.
The main diagnosis of cerebral palsy, spastic diplegia, was made in 2 years.
Behind our shoulders a huge number of rehabilitation courses and two complex bone operations with plastering. After the first surgery and three rehabilitation courses, Lisa started walking with support for one arm. It was a miracle …
But after the second operation, the recovery after which was much more difficult, because Lisa was afraid to rely on her feet, for almost a year we tried to achieve at least what was before the first. We tried very hard, but the results were far from the best.
After several courses of rehabilitation, the result was not long in coming. Lisa began to step over with her legs, first with two hands, very slowly, then more confidently, and finally, she was able to take several steps with one hand. I could not believe my eyes … my girlfriend again had a desire to move, walk, she realized that she could do it again, what she does, albeit with help, but it turns out. It was a very important moment – because the lack of motivation and desire can negate all the efforts and efforts.
Lisa has good motor perspectives, but she should not stop and stop treatment. Rehabilitation must be continuous.
Now our main task is to consolidate the result, as well as acquire new skills. Unfortunately, when we start studying in a secondary school, we don’t have the opportunity to go to rehabilitation courses, so we work in Moscow, if possible not far from home. We do a lot, we work, we try and we believe that Lisa will go on her own and everything will work out. But without your help, we can not cope.
I ask you to help pass Lizonka rehabilitation course in the centre “Spring”. It contains a lot of techniques and competent professionals, professionals in their field. The treatment includes a number of different procedures, and a complex combination of exercises give results in the motor and intellectual development of the child.
Help us please!!! We believe in miracles and good hearts of people !!!
With gratitude, hope and respect, mother of Liza Sergeeva.”
