New and interesting classes have been launched in the creative workshops of Psycho-Neurological Institution #11. Since the end of August, the young adults with disabilities residing at the place have had a possibility to make decorative candles with their own hands. It has been a while since they, jointly with PNI administration, started asking the Fund to help them extend an available range of arts and crafts. A lot of them are very creative people who needed new ways to fulfill their potential.
So as a result, we have recently managed to purchase and deliver to the Institution all necessary equipment and materials to produce unordinary carved candles. We hope it will satisfy our beneficiaries’ interest in creative work, help to improve their skills of manual labour and give some of them a chance to earn money independently.
We look forward to getting beautiful and original souvenirs for our friends.
