Thanks to the previous Music Marathons, 1,281830 rubles were transferred to “Diema’s Dream” Foundation to help our children!
As a result, twelve children with severe developmental disorders from different regions of Russia have received help!
On November 16th, 2018, the International School of Moscow will once more hold its 5th charity Music Marathon in support of the Diema’s Dream Foundation and also for the aid of #HeartForMelisa.
ISM is the International School of Moscow, whose teachers and students hold this grand event for the fifth time in means to help our children. You may be wondering: What is a “Music Marathon”? This is an opportunity for all students in ISM to express their support to those in need in the form of various activities conducted during the day of November 16.
They write the music and the words of songs themselves, perform their works in means to attract donations. Donations kindly pour in from the invited relatives, neighbours and friends. It is not only the students who help out on this memorable day but also the High school teachers take part by preparing the concerts, competitions, and a charity lottery.
The final Charity Gala concert will be held on the evening of November 16 at 6.30 pm on the campus of the Ivan Gromov Gymnasium at ISM. Thanks to this event, funds will be raised to help children with cerebral palsy, as well as severe and multiple developmental disorders.
